Everything feels huge in the Valley of the Gods. The rock formations, the desert and especially the sky.
The sky has so much detail and just seems to go on forever. Even when it is at its darkest, you can still see so much of everything around you.
Standing out there under the Milky Way really makes you realize how small you are compared to everything around you. It is one of those places that is hard to explain until you are standing there and seeing it for yourself.
That is what I wanted to capture with The Weight of the Sky.
